Senior Client Partner Manager, Midwest

The opportunity : We are looking for a Sr. Client Partner Manager (Midwest) to lead Unitys programmatic sales efforts across the Midwest and central market and help Unity scale our advertising business across the brands, holding companies, independent agencies. This person will play a key role in driving the success of Unity across the Midwest market. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and adoption of Unitys user programmatic solutions, including our recently released Audience Hub solution, built for brands and agencies to unlock the combined power of each companys first party data. Youll need to be proactive and continuously seek market feedback to expand upon solutions and win market share all the while enabling and supporting your team on the way to exceeding sales targets and delivering results. Core to your success will be partnering with Unitys leaders and with cross-functional leaders across Supply, Account Management, Product, Engineering, Business Operations, and Marketing teams.

What youll be doing :

  • Design, implement and complete a comprehensive growth strategy for the Midwest market
  • Own strategic relationships with top agencies and brands, establishing new lines of revenue and strategic partnerships
  • Uncover insights, optimize client strategies, and unlock new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to influence roadmaps and deliver client value.

What were looking for :

  • Have shown experience in programmatic sales selling into brands and agencies;
  • Tenured experience in tracking sales productivity and forecasting revenue across your book of business
  • Excitement to grow your personal brand and Unitys brand in the Midwest market
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty in decision making, you are adaptable to change. You have the skills to work outside of your comfort zone and get things done quickly
  • Have excellent communication and leadership skills and an ability to quantify market insights into product needs

    Note : Certain locations require a good faith disclosure of the base salary range for the role. The actual salary for the successful candidate may differ based on location, experience, and other job-related factors. Gross pay salary $115,500$173,300 USD
