About Your Role :
As a Real Estate Investment Specialist , you will play a crucial role in connecting sellers with potential buyers. You will take ownership of the disposition process, managing deals between property sellers and investors in our network. Our Emerging Leaders training and development program will equip you with the knowledge and skills to become a real estate investment expert in your market. Your key responsibilities include :
- Formulating a strategic plan to effectively sell acquired real estate properties to investors and potential buyers.
- Negotiating with prospective buyers, evaluating, and counting offers.
- Marketing properties to potential investors and facilitating property showings.
- Overseeing the entire disposition process from initiation to deal closure.
- Building and maintaining relationships with investors in the network and new prospects.
- Conducting thorough research on current market conditions.
