Job Details :

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care utilizing the nursing process
• Complete assessments and individualize plans of care within established guidelines
• Provide nursing care with consideration for cultural, psychosocial factors, and patient age
• Organize, prioritize, and perform nursing skills appropriate for the patient population
• Demonstrate sound bio-psychosocial knowledge base and professional judgment
• Delegate and communicate effectively with healthcare team members
• Document nursing process and care accurately and legibly using correct medical terminology
• Facilitate patient teaching and discharge planning
• Make timely, appropriate referrals and collaborate with other disciplines
• Attend mandatory in-services and meet unit education standards
• Zero to six months of related nursing experience required
• Must have effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently with attention to detail
• Epic experience preferred
• Required certifications : Valid Oklahoma or multi-state RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Must have skills in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, BLS for Healthcare Providers, ICU Nursing, and Titrations
• Preferred skills include Neurology and NIHSS experience
