A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available for the upcoming school year in a K-12 setting located in Newark, NJ, near the border of New Jersey and New York. School Year (NSY) Caseload :

2-3 classrooms Key Responsibilities : Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to identify behaviors and intervention needs Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to student needs Train and support faculty members in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to improve student outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive behavioral support Desired Qualifications : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred Strong skills in conducting FBAs and designing effective BIPs Ability to coach and train school staff on ABA methods Strong communication and collaboration skills This is a contract role designed for individuals who are passionate about implementing ABA strategies in school environments.
