HR Advisor

A company is looking for an HR Advisor. Key Responsibilities Provide HR support and guidance on policy interpretation, compliance, and employee relations Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements Collaborate with HR leadership and legal teams to develop and refine HR policies and improve processes Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in human resources management or administration preferred At least 8 years of HR experience in a corporate environment, with management experience preferred Comprehensive understanding of state and federal employment laws Strong project management, analytical, and process mapping skills Proven ability to collaborate and influence at all organizational levels
