Support Technician

Description Acara Solutions is looking for a Support Technician in Phoenix, AZ for one of our clients.

• Pay rate range : $23-26 / hour
• Position will be processing interconnection applications for customer owned distributed technology.Must be a quick learner who is very detail oriented. Looking for someone with customer service skills that is self-motivated while doing repetitive work.
• Contractor will be working Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm (other hours can be worked, leader is flexible)
• Role will be hybrid - primarily remote with onsite once a month.
• 12-month contract with possibility of extension - if workload warrants
