• Team Composition : Physician, Supervisor, Nerve Conduction Technician, Medical Assistant, and Patient Registration Interviewer
• Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
• Patient Distribution : 90% Outpatient; 10% Inpatient
