Job Overview : Profession : Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Specialty : CRNA Start Date : ASAP Contract Length : Ongoing Shift Details : Standard shifts : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM (12-hour shifts) Block Schedules : Not available Shift lengths vary between 8, 10, and 12 hours. CRNAs must be willing to work based on computer-generated schedules. Work Details : Number of Operating Rooms (ORs) : 11 in the main OR 2 in the ambulatory center Patients per Day : 50-60 cases per day across multiple specialties Department Description : Includes orthopedic, orthopedic trauma, general surgery, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy cases. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Cerner and SaAnesthesia Hospital Bed Size : 317 beds Case / Procedure Experience : Must have recent hospital experience Interview Process : Candidates will be interviewed via phone. Requirements : Board Certification : Must be a CRNA certified by NBCRNA License Required : Must hold an active Arizona state license or IMLC license DEA Registration : Required Certifications : Must have either Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Experience : Minimum recent experience in hospital settings is required. Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days Compensation & Overtime : Overtime : Available after scheduled shifts, paid at 1.5x the regular rate. Practice Setting : Hospital-based role with a diverse range of cases, including trauma, general surgery, ortho, and more.
