• Clinical Role :

Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible urologist

Willing to accept those not currently licensed in Illinois

Urology APP Experience Preferred

Busy Practice

Clinic and Hospital work

Sterling / Dixon / Morrison Clinics are potential practice locations

4.5 Days per Week

Current Staff - 1 MD, 1 NP

Call - 10 days / mo

H1 visa candidates accepted

110 miles west of Chicago

70 miles from Rockford

$120,000-$180,000 salary plus production-based bonus potential

100 bed hospital
