Your Role as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator , you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while coordinating all functions within the unit. Partnering with our management team, you will monitor and evaluate nursing care in line with established policies, serving as a resource for staff and enhancing the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to customize and deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes.
  • Work with subject matter experts and leadership to improve outcomes and services.
  • Provide coaching and training to enhance staff performance and engagement.
  • Help with staff scheduling to ensure optimal unit operations.
  • What You’ll Need :

  • NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Registered Nurse Diploma.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
