Joining 3 physicians and 1 PA in group

Single specialty, existing group

Employment agreement, pathway to partnership

5 exam rooms

General surgery block time

Patients seen per day

5 – 20 patients in clinic

3 – 4 clinics per week

E clinical works – EMR

Physicians go to rural hospitals to grow practice

Practice in Birmingham

Typical day : rounding before clinic, clinic, home after clinic

Call 1 : 4 for weeknights and weekends

No buy in
