What You’ll Need :

• Demonstrated success in interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses
• A proven ability to monitor inventory, achieve operational excellence, drive culture, and execute merchandising directives
• The ability to travel to attend business meetings and conferences
• Strong Leadership skills; can motivate a team and drive success through culture and teamwork
• Must be very structured and process‑oriented
• Must have experience operating digital printers, and wide‑format equipment
• Must be able to implement policies and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe products
• Above average in computer systems including Macintosh and PC computers
• Prefer experience with design software
• 5‑10 years of print industry management experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• 7+ years of business management experience
• 3+ years P&L responsibility experience

Compensation : $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
