Gilbane is seeking a Program Director to be the head of all project activities, holding overall accountability for the successful, congruent delivery of the program, with the primary objective of ensuring the integration of all construction project partners, systems, business structures, and practices. The role involves harnessing the talents and insights of all participants to optimize project results, increase value for the owner, reduce waste, and maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities

Leadership :

• Effectively convey the project's vision through appropriate communication methods.

Salary will be determined based on education, experience, and market data, with a range in Illinois from $274,900-$335,900 plus benefits and retirement. Gilbane offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, welfare, profit-sharing, and 401k. All applicants must pass a pre-employment drug test.
