Position Overview : Lower School STEM TeacherWe are seeking a passionate, hands-on, and creative STEM educator to teach foundational Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math to our Lower School students. The ideal candidate thrives in a start-up school environment and is excited to shape curriculum, influence culture, and build a lasting educational legacy.What You’ll DoCurriculum & InstructionDesign and deliver an interdisciplinary STEM curriculum aligned with TEKS and national standardsFacilitate hands-on learning, inquiry-based projects, and lab experimentsUse technology, engineering kits, coding, and problem-solving strategies in daily lessonsAssessment & DevelopmentCreate and administer assessments to track student growth and adjust instruction accordinglyParticipate in ongoing professional development and contribute to continuous improvement effortsCommunity & CultureBuild strong relationships with students, families, and colleaguesParticipate in school-wide STEM events, field trips, and community partnershipsCollaborate with fellow educators to integrate STEM across disciplines
