You will interact with visitors and staff, provide outstanding customer service, and support access control measures. What You'll Do :

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents within the retail environment.
• Assist customers, visitors, and staff by providing helpful information and directions as needed.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support security-related needs.
