Head of Technical Program Management

A company is looking for a Head of Technical Program Management.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple domains or business units

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-functional technical programs

Partner with senior engineering, product, and business leaders to align technical programs with business objectives

Required Qualifications :

Extensive experience (typically 12+ years) in product management, technical program management, or engineering roles

Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering large-scale technical programs

Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical programs

Deep technical understanding of modern systems, architectures, and platforms
