Clinical Service Nurse II

Job Summary :

We are seeking a CLINICAL SERVICE NURSE II to be an integral member of the healthcare team and provide direct and indirect care to patients. This position coordinates referrals and clinical program services, manages a caseload to provide care to our Med Peds complex care patient population, and assists providers with care of patients identified at Duke Children's and Internal Medicine North Durham. This position will support more adult than pediatric patients.

Our clinic's hours of operation is Monday-Friday 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm.
