Remote Freight Collections Analyst

Location : Plano, Texas (Fully Remote)

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Pay Range : $26.00-$35.00 / hour

About the Role :

Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Freight Collections Analyst to manage accounts receivable, resolve billing discrepancies, and ensure timely customer payments in the transportation and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collect and manage outstanding receivables , reducing accounts receivable aging.
• Analyze customer accounts, resolve payment discrepancies, and process accurate invoices.
• Communicate with customers, AP contacts, and internal teams to resolve inquiries.
• Document communications and maintain accurate account records.
• Process customer credit requests and monitor credit limit s.
• Maintain up-to-date customer information in Great Plains and Transportation Management Systems.
• Prepare AR aging reports and support weekly review meetings.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
