DUNKIN’ DONUTS RESTAURANT MANAGERS – FULL-TIME positions available.
The Restaurant Manager will focus on motivating our teams, driving sales, controlling costs and maintaining our high standards. The General Manager is responsible for leading our teams to consistently exceed guest expectations. The General Manager will inspire his / her team and create an atmosphere that represents our company’s core values and provides a great work place for our employees.
Essential Functions :
- Maintains fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
- Ensures products are consistent with brand quality standards
- Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
- Assists Multi-Unit Manager with profit and loss management by following cash control / security procedures, maintaining
inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
Responsible for the growth and development of Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and Crew MembersAssists Multi-Unit Manager in recruiting, interviewing, training, motivation, evaluation and termination of team membersAdministers and adheres to all company policiesProvides information to Multi-Unit Manager that can lead to a more efficient processResponds to inquiries from all customers and employeesSupervises cleaning and maintenance of equipment and arranges for repairs, contracts and other servicesPlans and implements work schedulesQualifications, Experience and Education :
2 years of restaurant management experienceStrong operational skills in a customer service environmentStrong customer service skills requiredStrong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills requiredAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writingBasic business math and accounting skills requiredBasic computer skills preferredKnowledge of food and labor costEnjoys working with peopleAbility to create a fun environment for customers and staffSelf-motivated and highly energeticAbility to handle confidential and sensitive informationServ-Safe certification requiredRequirements :
