Project Manager (Non-Profit) Manhattan

AHRC New York City is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.

Salary : $70000 per year plus a comprehensive Benefit package. See Benefit information below.

Schedule : Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop project schedules timelines and budgets.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations including assessing project safety and compliance with environmental regulations.
• Communicate with contractors architects engineers and other stakeholders as well as collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure overall project success.

Collaborate with agencys department directors and program managers to prepare physical plant profiles.

Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise.

Maintain real property database.
