Key Responsibilities : Source, identify, and recruit top talent for various opportunities in the nuclear and engineering sectors Partner with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles Conduct thorough candidate screenings and manage candidate pipelines for current and future needs Qualifications : 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical staffing within the engineering or energy sectors Experience with recruiting in regulated industries (nuclear, power, energy) strongly preferred Knowledge of industry standards and clearances (e.g., NQA-1, NRC, DOE) is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field preferred
