Job descriptionExecute diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on charging systems Perform commissioning and periodic maintenance interventions Work independently and collaboratively to maximize repair efficiency Document repairs thoroughly and consistently Provide feedback to remote service and development teams Coordinate service interventions within assigned territory 2+ years in a field support technician role in eMobility / EV charging industry or similar Experience as electrician in low-voltage range (up to 1,000V) Ability to travel extensively Basic software and diagnostic skills Proficiency in MS Office (Windows, Excel, Word) Strong customer service orientation Professional communication abilities Experience working under time pressure Ability to manage urgent customer escalations Ability to lift 75lbs (components and units) Capable of repeated ladder climbing Able to stand / walk for extended periods Valid driver's license Flexibility for overtime work Available for flexible hours Medical Benefits with cost assistance.
