Role Description

Studio A is looking for a talented and motivated Project Architect / Project Manager . The position is based in Louisville, KY but offers flexibility for hybrid in-office / remote work.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in construction documents and construction administration.A qualified applicant will be leading a small team on a variety of projects.

Multi-family and Senior Care projects experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop schematic designs
• Communicate with the clients representatives
• Direct and coordinate production of construction documents
• Work and coordinate with engineering consultants throughout all phases of the project
• Lead project coordination meetings
• Perform construction administration duties
• Participate in marketing efforts including attending presentations to prospective clients
• Mentor junior staff
