Are you a driven entrepreneur with a passion for sourcing and leading private equity deals? Join us as an Entrepreneur In Residence (EIR) within our innovative co-sponsor program. In this role, you'll take the lead in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, acting as a fractional searcher and strategic consultant to co-sponsor deals. This is a part-time, success-based role with the opportunity to transition into a full-time leadership position with equity participation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deal Sourcing : Leverage your network and expertise to identify potential acquisition targets and co-sponsor opportunities.
- Due Diligence : Conduct in-depth analyses of financials, operations, and market conditions for prospective deals.
- Transaction Leadership : Act as the primary driver for co-sponsor deals, coordinating with investors, operators, and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic Advisory : Provide guidance and operational expertise to co-sponsors and portfolio companies during and post-transaction.
- Pipeline Development : Build and manage a robust pipeline of co-sponsor opportunities, fostering long-term relationships with partners and investors.
Requirements :
Proven track record in entrepreneurship, private equity, venture capital, or search funds.Strong understanding of deal sourcing, due diligence, and transaction processes.Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive results independently.Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.Benefits : Compensation :
