This role involves a blend of physical work, data management, and problem-solving to support the smooth operation of inbound and outbound logistics.

    • Inventory Specialist Details :

  • Temporary position
  • hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 04 : 30pm)
  • Conduct cycle counts and full physical inventories; reconcile results with system data. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies (overages, shortages, damages).
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock; communicate needs to purchasing and sales teams.
  • Enforce inventory control procedures to reduce loss and shrinkage.
  • Manage inventory aging and coordinate the rotation or disposal of obsolete / damaged items.
  • Record inventory changes (incoming, outgoing, transfers, adjustments) in systems.

    • Inventory Specialist Qualifications :

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP / WMS systems is a plus. Knowledge of inventory control practices (FIFO, LIFO, cycle counting).
  • Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
