Epic HIM Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor HIM & Identity Applications.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for Epic Health Information Management (HIM) and Identity applications

Supervise a team of application analysts in designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting patient identity and HIM workflows

Ensure system stability, data accuracy, compliance with regulations, and alignment with organizational priorities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Associate's degree in Clinical, Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required

High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of an Associate's degree

5 years of Epic Application Analyst or related experience is required

1 year of progressively more responsible leadership experience is required

Epic certification or accreditation in HIM or Identity is required or must be obtained within six months
