Qualifications :

Master s degree and successful completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant Program

Current NYS professional license as an NP / PA and DEA license

Board Certification

Attain / Maintain board certification; Other certifications may also be required, including, but not limited to : ACLS, ATLS, BLS

Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team

Patient focused and committed to providing outstanding and compassionate care to all patients
