A company is looking for an Associate Attorney specializing in Foreclosure in New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

Handle multiple files, including complaints, pleadings, and hearing preparation and attendance

Provide input to management related to ongoing improvements on NJ process

Maintain strong relationships with clients and manage a caseload, including attending trials and court appearances

Required Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in New Jersey

Minimum of 2 years of foreclosure experience

At least 1 year of litigation and courtroom experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience with creditor rights

Strong computer skills
