Hiring Specialist
Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Hiring Specialist. The Hiring Specialist supports Hiring Manager with the candidate experience (post offer) for all hourly service professional roles and ensures a smooth onboarding process.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with Regional Recruitment Manager to evaluate hiring needs and ensure recruiting activities support for field hiring needs
- Utilize the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System platform to process new candidates
- Schedule and maintain an orientation schedule
- Attend periodic relevant recruitment activities, such as job fairs, recruitment programs, etc. with Regional Recruiter on an as-needed basis
- Develop and maintain relationships with local recruitment locations
- Assist with applicant tracking and with generating hiring reports
- Manage all new hire WinTeam and ABI data entry, including new hire set up and personnel data
- Print badges for new hire employees
Qualifications (Must Have) :
High School diploma or equivalentMinimum of one (1) year of administrative, human resources, employee onboarding, and / or classroom instructor experiencePrior work experience in a fast-paced administrative environmentWork history must include :Excellent organizational skills that include the ability to multi-task and prioritize workStrong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively with leadershipOutstanding oral and written communication skillsAble to concentrate on details, work under deadline pressures, apply sound logic and judgment, and prioritize tasks and responsibilitiesAble to focus and multi-task in a busy environment, with the ability to successfully handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner. Includes being able to effectively manage multiple interactions with diverse personalities and engage them to perform at optimum levelsMust be highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technologyPreferred Qualifications (Nice To Have) :
Associate's degree or higher in Education, Business, Criminal Justice, Human Resources, Security Management, or a closely related fieldPrior Human Resources or Recruiting experience in a service industry businessWork experience conducting applicant sourcing, interviewing job applicants, and conducting employee onboarding in a high-volume settingBenefits :
