Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work at a facility in Boscobel , WI. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate : $135 / hour

Job Details :

3 days per week at WSPF and 2 days per week at PDCI. The schedule will be Monday-Friday from 0800-1630.26 weeks up to 40 hourssubject to unpaid breaks$160 / hrMust have at least 2 years of clinical experience in primary care. Should be able to see approximately 10 to 12 people a day (subject to fluctuate per facility needs). Minor procedures a plus.
