IVIRMA North America network of state-of-the-art fertility practices in the United States, is currently seeking a Clinical Assistant Team Lead to join our growing Los Angeles practice! This is a full-time position Monday-Friday 6 : 30am-3 : 30pm with occasional weekends.

Job Purpose : The Lead Clinical Assistant oversees clinical employees in their assigned office. This position works collaboratively with Clinical Management Team to ensure offices are adequately staffed and trained to provide excellent patient care. This position provides training to new staff and continuing education to all clinical staff.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities :

• Trains, evaluates, and coaches employees.
• Oversees clinical staff schedules, assignments, and break times.
• Oversees maintenance of clinical supplies inventory in all assigned offices.
• Oversees clinical and phlebotomy supplies / ordering / inventory tracking.
• Maintains a Safe and Clean work environment.
• Collaborates with outside vendors to track / resolve errors and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Educates clinical staff on all clinical standard of practice policies and work instructions.
• Maintains OSHA safety standards in office. Elevates deficiencies to Clinical Management Team.
• Effectively communicates with staff to resolve employee conflicts, complaints. Elevates to Clinical Manager / Human Resources as needed.
