Family Law Attorney

About the job

We are seeking an Associate attorney in our Divorce & Family Law group. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of experience handling litigation and complex family law matters including divorce alimony child support custody post judgment non-dissolution domestic violence and other related matters. Knowledge of probate litigation is desired.

Requirements include excellent organizational research and writing skills and motion practice / courtroom experience. A successful candidate will be a skilled communicator an excellent negotiator and will be compassionate analytical and able to take a 30000-foot view of a case in a busy practice.

Successful candidates must be excited to work independently and comfortable as part of a larger team.
