Ready to take over a thriving OB / GYN practice with a full patient panel and minimal ramp-up time? This is a rare opportunity in Bad Axe, MI , to step into a well-established practice as a respected community physician — all within a financially stable health system and a collegial, supportive team.

Position Highlights :

‍⚕️ Take over for a retiring provider with immediate patient volume

Deliver care at the only birthing center in the region (~370 deliveries / year)

️ Dedicated surgery day each week

‍⚕️ Work alongside 1 OB / GYN, 1 NP (3 days / wk), and strong MA support (2 FT, 1 PT)

⚙️ On-site : Ultrasound, NST, IUI, Phlebotomy

Clinic conveniently located near hospital

Paper charting in clinic; hospital EMR in use

OB / GYN Practice Snapshot :

460+ gynecologic procedures annually

30–40 combined inpatient & outpatient visits / day

Full-scope OB / GYN care in a close-knit, rural setting

Employed model with competitive compensation

J1 visa candidates welcome (H1B not accepted)

✅ Requirements :

Board Eligible / Certified in OB / GYN

Active or in-process Michigan license

BLS, DEA, and CSR / CDS required (prior to start)
