As a Senior Software Engineer , you will play a crucial role in developing our core publishing platform and growth experiences for creators. You'll be part of the Builders team, responsible for designing essential tools for creating emails, landing pages, and newsletters. This team steers the initial user experiences, focusing on onboarding, activation, and conversion, while maintaining our design system and core application experience.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a full-stack engineer with a strong product mindset who thrives on crafting exceptional user experiences. Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to architect and deliver impactful features that enhance the publishing platform.

Your role will involve :

• Diving deep into our codebase and understanding the architecture of our publishing platform.
• Building and refining tools that support creators from onboarding to conversion.
• Taking ownership of complex features, delivering them from concept to launch.
• Participating in code reviews and actively contributing to our development team.
• Ensuring code quality through testing, refactoring, and following best practices.
• Engaging in team activities focused on planning and measuring our initiatives' impact.
