Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of crew members on residential foundation repair projects.
Manage day-to-day site activities, including job setup, equipment, materials, and schedules.
Communicate daily with leadership regarding project progress, challenges, and milestones.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of job site safety.
Oversee and perform hands-on work alongside the teamthis is a working foreman role.
Coordinate and manage site logistics, deliveries, and material handling.
Conduct job site quality checks and ensure all work meets company standards.
Maintain accurate records of job activities, timesheets, and material usage.
Provide training and guidance to crew members to improve performance and skill development.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in construction, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to read and interpret job site instructions and perform hands-on physical labor.
Must be comfortable with tight spaces (diagnosing homes, underneath home in some cases)
Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate clearly with team members and management.
Strong communication in both working with your team internally, working directly with management, and working with our clients.
Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and team collaboration.
Must have reliable transportation to job sites.
No specific licenses or certifications required.

Schedule
Monday to Friday
Full-time; occasional regional travel required.
Location
Based in the greater Northwest region on-site at residential job sites.
Travel to regional project locations required; per diem provided.
