Job Description

As an MRI Imaging Specialist, you will utilize all MRI resources to perform high-quality MRI examinations across the entire patient population, from neonates to geriatrics, for interpretation by physicians.

Additional Job Description

Education : Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.

Experience : 0 to 2 years of modality-specific work experience, with at least 1 year of X-Ray experience preferred.

Required Registration / Certification :

• Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R), required.
• Must obtain certification from the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT) within 1 year in this position if not already registered.
• Licensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, either from the American Heart Association (AHA) for Healthcare Providers or an AHA-recognized equivalent, or from the American Red Cross CPR / AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.
