First Connect Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN Home Health for a local contract nursing job in Dunedin, Florida.

Registered Nurse – Home Health

Location : Dunedin, FL 34698

Shift : Days | 5x8s (08 : 00–17 : 00)

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year of Skilled Home Health experience
  • OASIS training & experience required
  • Private Duty Home Health experience alone will not be accepted
  • Strong IV skills & wound care
  • Experience with General Medical Dx & High-Risk Dx (HF, COPD, MI, Pneumonia, Stroke)
  • Post-op care experience
  • BLS required
  • Home Skilled Visits : 6–8 per day
