• We seeking a detail-oriented, user-focused content strategist to join our Digital Experience Strategy & Publishing team. As a Digital Content Experience Manager, you'll partner with our marketing and editorial teams as part of an enterprise-wide website transformation initiative to facilitate content analysis & audits, content migration & authoring and design system evolution.
• You'll help shape our digital ecosystem by optimizing content for a new web experience including new navigation, IA, and a new design system. You'll help navigate complex content ecosystems, plan effective migrations, and implement governance models that support long-term success.
• The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and collaborative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring a passion for plain language, a commitment to operational excellence, and a drive to help clients communicate with clarity and impact.
