As an MRI Technologist , you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care while performing MRI examinations that assist in diagnosing and treating injuries. Your Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will :

• Prioritize Safety : Understand and execute MRI safety concepts to ensure a safe environment for patients, guests, and fellow caregivers.
• Technical Expertise : Collaborate with radiologists to select appropriate scanning parameters and techniques for high-quality clinical exams.
• Patient Preparation : Ensure proper patient and order identification, preparing patients appropriately for their exams.
• Conduct Examinations : Perform MRI exams according to established protocols, demonstrating knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and multiplanar image reconstruction.
• Administer Contrast : Under supervision, perform contrast and medication administration as part of the MRI examination process.
• Maintain Competency : Stay updated on clinical and technical functions to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Follow Policies : Adhere to Intermountain policies regarding clinical documentation, billing, and electronic medical records.

The hourly range for this position is $38.77 - $59.82 , depending on experience.
