Location : Glenwood Springs, CO (81601) – Colorado healthcare jobs

Assignment Length : 13 weeks

Healthcare Setting : Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Operating Room (OR), Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)

Nursing Shift : 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends and call rotation (one 12-hour call shift every 6 weeks)

Hours per Week : 36 guaranteed

Start Date : November 24, 2025

End Date : February 23, 2026

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience

Active Colorado RN license or compact nursing license eligible for Colorado nursing jobs

American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications

NRP and STABLE certifications required

Flu vaccine required (or agreement to obtain by 10 / 31 / 25)

Strong teamwork and compassionate, patient-centered approach

Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles from facility

Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care in Labor & Delivery, OR, PACU, and postpartum units

Provide couplet care for mothers and newborns (babies 32 weeks and up)

Support 60-80 deliveries per month in a busy Colorado healthcare setting

Participate in call rotation and work rotating weekends as scheduled

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure evidence-based, high-quality care

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards
