Key Responsibilities Implement underwriting strategy and ensure consistent processes across teams Build and manage staff to meet new business quoting volumes and turnaround times Analyze underwriting data to ensure pricing accuracy and risk management Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field; MBA preferred 10+ years of experience in group benefits underwriting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role High level of financial and analytical acumen, including proficiency with underwriting models and risk analysis Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience underwriting ancillary products for small to mid-sized employers is a plus
