Schedule Details : - Nights
- 8 and 12-hour shifts
- Every third weekend rotation
- Holiday rotation
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift

Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , where you'll care for a diverse range of patients, including :
Post-operative care for craniotomies, AVMs, and tumor resectionsSpinal surgeries : cervical, thoracic, and lumbarStroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke ProgramHigh volume of spinal surgery and medical overflow casesAs part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII) , you will gain access to the latest neurosurgical techniques and advanced patient care.

Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the AHA.Graduation from an accredited Nursing program.Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.Physical Requirements :
