The Caregiver Support Program serves as a CSP RN Clinical Assessor responsible for conducting standardized assessments to support eligibility decisions for the Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers PCAFC. Applies expert knowledge of program criteria, nursing process, and VISN operations. The mission of the CSP promote caregiver health and well-being through collaboration, education, and support, ensuring high-quality care for Veterans and their families.

The Caregiver Support Program (CSP) Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Assessor executes position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership, experience, and creative approaches to the management of complex patient care. Duties include but not limited to :
