Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager II, Engineering to lead their Service Configuration & Coordination team. Key Responsibilities Manage and coach an engineering team focused on high-scale configuration distribution and service coordination systems Align strategy with stakeholders and translate customer needs into a realistic roadmap for mission-critical infrastructure Drive best practices in CI / CD, feature flags, configuration management, distributed consensus, and service discovery Required Qualifications 7+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in infrastructure 1+ years of experience in engineering management Experience leading teams dedicated to improving developer experiences through infrastructure A thought leader focused on efficiency and delivering on expectations Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience
