Bank Secrecy Act Specialist

Barkley Financial Center Laurel Building Hybrid Work from Home (3 days per week in office)

Bellingham WA

Monday Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm 40 hours per week

A Day in Your Life at Peoples Bank :

As a BSA Specialist you will be responsible for the coordination and documentation for the BSA and anti-money laundering (AML) programs within the Fraud Investigations Department. You will research analyze report document and make recommendations to support BSA / AML compliance efforts. You may act as a project manager for compliance projects as needed.

Your Primary Responsibilities Would Include :

• Coordination and documentation of BSA / AML processing for the Fraud Investigations Department.
• Supporting bank compliance efforts by researching analyzing and providing input for compliance programs.
• Acting as a resource for questions from staff regarding BSA
• Working with auditors during BSA audits and examinations
• Acting as project manager for compliance projects as assigned
• Providing general administrative support for Fraud Investigations Department
