Physician / Family Practice / Vermont / Locum or Permanent / Family Medicine Physician opening in central VT Job

Fulltime, permanent position for a BE / BC Family Physician. Join a multi-site FQHC serving 80% of the primary care needs in our County. We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and provides a network of Family Practitioners, Internists, Psychiatrists, Dentists, and Social Workers. Our sites are certified Level 111 Medical Homes, with a highly developed and supportive panel management and case management system in place.

Our EMR system is Medent.

After hours call is phone triage only and shared among approximately 40 physicians. This makes call responsibility minimal. Admission to the hospital will be referred to the hospital owned Hospitalist program.
