Job description4+ years of relevant IT experience. Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent). 2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS SCM modules. Strong experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, PL / SQL, APEX, and Workflows . Experience supporting Oracle EBS applications in production environments. Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes. Ability to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The ideal candidate will support users, troubleshoot technical issues, manage SRs / tickets, implement configuration changes, perform RCA, and collaborate closely with customer SMEs and process consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and user issues.
- Perform configuration updates, enhancements, and root cause analysis.
- Work closely with business users, process consultants, and SMEs to improve processes.
- Develop and maintain technical components such as Oracle Forms, Reports, PL / SQL, APEX, Workflows , etc.
- Support manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
- Participate in major project milestones and customer engagements.
