How Your Role Will Shape Our Success

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Accounting Assistant to support our firm's growing operations and assist both our Kalamazoo office and Corporate Accounting Team. While prior experience is helpful, this role could also be a great fit for a currently enrolled college student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field who's eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to our office of engineers, architects, consultants, accountants, and human resource professionals. It is a part-time opportunity to work onsite in our Kalamazoo office and support other offices virtually.
