Job Description

Join Victory Clinic as a BE / BC Psychiatrist and take a leading role in advancing interventional psychiatry in Wichita, KS. You'll work with a skilled, compassionate team delivering innovative treatments such as TMS and SPRAVATO® to patients with treatment-resistant depression. This outpatient leadership-track position offers no call, no weekends, and no major holidays, allowing you to focus on meaningful clinical care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Full training provided.

The Position :

Guide treatment planning and oversee TMS and SPRAVATO® services (full training provided)
100% outpatient role - no call, no nights, no weekends
Participate in clinical oversight, team training, and protocol development
Strong team culture and full admin support

Compensation :

Competitive base salary + Medical Director stipend

Full benefits (health, dental, vision, malpractice)

Paid training in TMS and SPRAVATO® protocols
