Manager Of Residential Services
This position coordinates all aspects of the residential portion in Fargo of each program and location to ensure residents are comfortable and informed, and to ensure the efficient operation of the residential program by supervising residential staff, monitoring of residential activities and ensuring compliance with policy, procedure and legal requirements.

The Manager of Residential Services supervises the 24-hour Behavioral Health Technician staff, front desk employees and ShareHouse Drivers. There are roughly 60 clients that this position supervises the care over.
Duties and essential job functions include : acting as liaison between residential and clinical and / or administrative staff to ensure consistent and accurate communication, overseeing apartment and facility cleanliness, managing 24-hour BHT staff, facilitating non-clinical groups, documenting information and observations, working closely with Safety Officer on safety related concerns, overseeing breathalyzer and urine drug screens, monitoring dispensing of medication, understanding and abiding by all confidentiality laws, representing residential concerns at staffing meetings, providing and maintaining reliable and prompt attendance, tracking and recording staff training, meeting 1-1 with all staff, scheduling and delegating to BHTs drug dog searching services, ordering facility supplies, supervising RA's assigned duties, rounding of each Fargo residential building, working with HR generalist to open, interview and hire for needed positions, planning for and hosting regular monthly BHT meetings, completing chart reviews, recalibrating BA machines monthly, reviewing facility cameras, and scheduling monthly emergency drills.
Periodic functions and responsibilities include : performing clerical tasks, making change, running credit card payments, writing receipts, transporting clients to appointments / meetings, filling BHT shifts, and performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include : a bachelor's degree in related field, two years' experience in related field, and prefer one-year supervisory experience.
Required licenses / certificates include : CPR, medication and first aid certification within 2 months of hire, and may be required to have valid driver's license and have clean driving record according to company insurance standards.

Physical requirements : frequently requires stooping and bending, use of color vision and ability to distinguish colors, pushing and pulling, lifting and carrying up to 15 lbs., ability to communicate orally and hear / understand oral communication, ability to utilize fine motor skills, reach and grasp; occasionally requires standing for up to 1 hour, pushing and pulling, lifting and carrying over 15 lbs.
Work environment : this position works in an environment with few physical discomforts; may occasionally be exposed to drafts, noise, temperature variations and odors.
Compensation : $56,000.00-$75,400.00 (DOE). Compensation for this position is based on several factors, including relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
